On my post, I have 2 keywords. When I click the first, I’m told “Your content is 2011 words long”, but when I click the 2nd keyword (same post), I’m told the content is 2815 words long.
Also, when clicking the 1st keywords, there are 21 items in the Rankmath section, but on clicking the 2nd keyword, there are only 14.
It’s as if it’s seeing two different posts. I’m confused. can you explain please?

    Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenice caused.

Could you please confirm whether you are using any page builders? If yes, could you please let us know the name of the page builder?

Also, when clicking the 1st keywords, there are 21 items in the Rankmath section, but on clicking the 2nd keyword, there are only 14.

As the Primary Focus Keywords are the main keywords of the post, there are several tests conducted by Rank Math only for your Primary or main focus keyword.

For more details, please refer to our tutorial guide:

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Focus keywords will analyze your content depending on the keyword you have selected, that is why you are seeing different content test results/scores. You may refer to this link if you need to learn more about it: https://rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/#scoring-a-full-100-for-seo-optimization

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi,

Yes, I’m using Divi to build the website.

    Regards,

    Hello,

Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.

Could you please let us know if we are still missing something from your concern? Perhaps, you can also record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

Please also note that the scoring is done based on the primary keyword only. There are certain tests that run on the secondary keywords but they do not impact the overall score of a post.

Please read our Knowledge base for more:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/#understanding-the-tests-from-a-keyword-perspective

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the screencast.

Mainly a post circles around the Primary (1st) Focus Keyword and hence Rank Math also performs several tests only for the Primary Focus Keywords. The other 4 keywords are the Secondary Keywords and they are processed for less number of tests. You can have a look at this tutorial guide for more details: https://rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/#understanding-the-tests-from-a-keyword-perspective

Regarding the length of the content, Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
