Regarding the missing keyword suggestions, it’s essential to ensure that you have sufficient credits available for the Content AI Research requests. Each time you research a new keyword, it will consume 500 credits. If you have exhausted your credits, you may not receive new keyword suggestions.
When you add keywords and click on generate, the text generated using the Content AI is typically displayed within the Content AI panel. If you are unable to locate the generated text, please ensure that you are checking the correct section within the panel.

I had over 700 credits, didn’t show any keywords.

In the free version of Content AI, you can’t use the Research tool. You will need a content AI plan from that. You can still use other tools: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-ai-free/
If the issue is related to any other tool, please share more details and some screenshots using a tool like https://imgur.com/ so we can check and assist you further.

I’m not looking to use content AI unless I’m mistaken about what this does. When I posted my last blog post, I used credits I paid for to give me keywords, HTML structure, how many h1, h2 tags etc and internal and external links. That’s all gone now.
If that’s no longer there, what do I need the free product for?

The free plan of Content AI doesn’t have the research option that provides you with suggestions to optimize the content for a keyword. You can use it to access the AI tools to generate content: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-ai-free/
If you want to use the research option, you will have to purchase a Content AI plan: https://rankmath.com/content-ai/#pricing

Did I have a paid plan before? I know I’ve purchased credits but I don’t remember having a paid plan. You’re not addressing my question. RM had guidelines for how many words, keywords to use and how many times to use them. How many h tags etc. This appears to be gone now.

If you have paid for Content AI can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your subscription and verify it? We can not see any subscription on this account you opened this ticket with. Please note that even when we were running Content AI 1.0 purchased Content AI credits had a validity of one year.

Those were generated using the Keyword Research feature of Content AI and as my colleague stated earlier you can not use perform keyword research using Content AI free credit. A Content AI subscription is required to do so.
