I have been testing a bit more and I found strange behavior. I deleted the keyword and created it again and then it was found in headers and found 160 times. Then I refreshed the Edit post page and the keyword changed from ‘etxeondo’ to ‘Etxeondo’ and then it was not found in headers anymore. And total count for the keyword went from 160 to 60.
Questions: is it case sensitive? What is considered in total count (headers, text, image ALT, image title, image filename, hrefs URL, href name)?

Hi again, sorry it was my mistake about capital E. I was not saving changes. However, I found that when the Edit post page is accessed or refreshed, the total count for the keyword is 60 and it is not found in headers. But when I switch to another keyword and select back “etxeondo” keyword, then it is refreshed with correct data (160 times and found in headers). So it seems it is behaving different when Edit post page is accessed or refreshed and when keyword is clicked.

This is expected behavior, the content analysis will calculate the score depending on the selected focus keyword. Clicking on the next keyword will calculate a different score.

No, there is something wrong in this behavior. When you access the edit post page, the rank math section is showing the first keyword selected by default (main keyword marked with a star) and the statistics for this keyword. In my case, 60 times found and not found in headings (which are wrong). But if I select the second keyword and then the first one again, it shows different results for the main keyword. Now it shows 160 times and found in headings, which are the correct metrics. I checked this in different posts and it’s the same for all of them.
