Keyword changes not saving

    Hi there! I run RankMath on almost all of my client sites. I have one site in particular however that has suddenly gotten the non-saving meta issue. I am unable to replicate this issue on my other client sites (thankfully). I have run through all of the recommendations you list on your help documentation and nothing is working. I did however find that if I delete out the current keyword, save, and then reenter the new keyword, that does save it. So I do have a work around, but just curious if there is something else I can do to make this work correctly. My client is threatening to switch back to Yoast and I am trying to keep that from happening! My site login credentials are below. Note that one of her other staff members may be in working on the most recent post, so please do not kick him out if it says he’s in the post. Thank you!

    I logged into your website’s admin area and upon investigating, I found that the plugin “Simple Podcast Press” is causing the conflict and restricting the data from getting saved.

    Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    Please get in touch with the devs of that plugin as they might already have a solution for the issue and they would be in a better position to assist you.

    Thank you so much! I really appreciate your help on this. I thought that I had ruled that plugin out as a culprit, but your video is extremely helpful. I will refere to that when troubleshooting further in the future. Reaching out to the developer for that plugin for a fix. In the meantime we are able to save changes by wiping out the current keyword/s and meta first, saving, and then re-entering.
