The Keyword Position is only identified in the analytics section under keywords which is what I think you mean.
Please note that the keywords tab does not display the keywords that you have used within your posts, instead these are keywords that we think you would rank higher from within the given posts.
There is a possibility for Rank Math to display these keywords in another language if there are search impressions and clicks of that French keyword so long as it is ranking high.
So in your case here, if you are not seeing keywords in French within the keyword tab then it means that the french keywords are not ranking as high as the English keyword.
Or rather they are not below the 100 position mark that Rank Math uses to display them.
