I have the same problem and have yet to receive a response from support. Looking down the list of support tickets there are clearly others struggling too – one has the splash screen Supercharge your Content with AI on his Content AI page, and another can’t connect their website to RankMath.
This seems to me to be a server issue, but it is not yet being addressed as such. I have lost a whole afternoon’s work planned to update some posts for SEO.

It still does not work. I try to refresh the credits in wordpress and get this is the error: The response is not a valid JSON response.

I just gave up and asked a refund as I could not use the service at all.
Support has now taken care of the matter and was able to help me very quickly. Thank you very much, everything is working
Oh No – how frustrating! This morning, I updated the plugin and reconnected it and that actually worked! I know how annoying it is when IT doesn’t work – a daily struggle it seems!
