Adding to my colleague’s response, I tested the post on Google’s Rich Results testing tool and the post is eligible for rich results. As you mentioned, there is a missing field (validThrough) in your Job Posting schema.

The validThrough in your Job Posting schema would be added if you have filled in the Expiry Posted section:
