The schema added to your post by Rankmath is the article schema which you have set in Rankmath meta box under the schema tab, check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section. The Job posting schema is coming from a separate schema, probably the structured content plugin, or your theme. You will have to determine the plugin adding the job posting schema to your posts then get in touch with their support.
P.S: We normally don’t recommend having more than one schema generating plugin on your site as this might lead to a conflict and Google will likely choose only one of the post schema types added.
