I’m trying to pay for a year of service but it says my order cannot be accepted and to reach out to you for assistance. I tried both paypal and a credit card payment with the same results. My accounts are all in good standing.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using other credit cards instead. You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

I’ll take a look at those settings but I use that same card when I travel internationally… and I’ve never had an issue paying with Paypal.

    Hello,

Your transaction might be getting declined because it is triggering a flag due to your name. Our payment processor flagged your transaction because your first and last name combination has been used 13 times on the platform in the last 24 hours to order something. They might think it is a fake name.

Is there any chance you can use another payment method like a credit card?

Ok, I’ve tried to pay with credit card, paypal AND amazon pay. None work. Let me know how to resolve this ASAP or I’ll need to look at other tools. I just don’t have time to fool with things that don’t work as they should.

    Hello,

We are really sorry about that but we are not getting any other details about why your payment was declined. Can you please try your credit card one more time and share the last 4 digits with us if it doesn’t work?

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hello,

This is really odd. We do not see anything wrong in the risk analysis (apart from the same name being used 14 times on FastSpring in the past) but that in itself should not cause the payment to fail. Especially, because FastSpring tells us you used the same details to purchase ahrefs in the past and they also use FastSpring.

So, this is unexpected, to say the least but we will try and contact FastSpring from our end and see if there is a way to whitelist this particular transaction.

We will keep you in the loop. Thank you.

Ok, let me know. It is on my list for this week to solve this issue or find an alternative tool. I don’t have time to put my energy into things that don’t work properly.

    Hello,

    We understand.

We are really not hopeful to get a solution from FastSpring. So, as much as it pains for us to say, you might have to use an alternative tool if you cannot make payments due to this risk analysis issue by our payment processor.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
