I’m also having the same issue. I’m getting an error message in Google console that the @type for Organization is not valid. Please check here. https://snipboard.io/e057Fo.jpg
It also now shows that there is no category for “Opening hours” for the type “Organization” in my Service section.
Could really use help as it states unparsable error on 13 of my website pages so far today in Google Search console.

As it says on the SDTT, the Geo and hasMap are not valid for the Organization type. Please choose something other than Organization or Website so that it can work.
With that said, those two are just warnings and can be ignored.

The Organization schema is being added to your page. You can click on the Search box and you will see the publisher is set to organization. If you want it to be more specific, you can try specifying a different Business Type in Rank math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO to see if the changes are reflected in your schema.
