I have the same problem, when I tried to save a page with a emoji on the title, when the page reloads it disappears.
I have tried it in differtents websites with diferents themes and plugins, it doesn’t work.

Could you please check if this problem only affects the backend by inspecting the page that you are editing on the frontend and check if the emojis are displayed?

I had inspected my page source and there is no emoji there :/
I had also cleaned my caché in the two pages.
