issues with sitemap

    I recently transferred from Yoast (deactivated) to RankMath (activated). What I am trying to do is solve for why, when I click the Sitemap URL under the RankMath tab, it navigates to an older sitemap from the deactivated plugin: “Generated by YoastSEO

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that it is still being generated by Yoast. In this case, please check if you still have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml). You should FTP into your server and remove the file.

    Please also make sure that the Sitemap module is already enabled in Rank Math > Dashboard
