  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the analytics function in Rank Math. It seems like you’ve followed the instructions to connect your WordPress account and the Search Console successfully, but the analytics function is still not working as expected.

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend testing the connection between Rank Math and your Google account. To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
    2. Click on the “Test Connections” option at the top right of the Analytics settings.

Once you click the “Test Connections” option, Rank Math will start to validate the existing connections. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates a glitch in the corresponding connection.

If the connection test does not resolve the issue, please reconnect your Google account by clicking on the “Reconnect” link in the Analytics settings.

If the issue persists even after reconnecting your Google account or you see a red signal again when you validate your connection, please share the error log with us by opening a support ticket here.

I hope this helps resolve the issue. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.

    Thank you!
