    As you recommended in this document https://rankmath.com/kb/titles-and-meta/ that all options should be unchecked in Robots Metabut on my website index is checked but after going through this document I tried to uncheck this option but every time it reloads the same with checked index box.

    How to uncheck it now, will you recommend me the perfect settings of Robots Meta for my website?

    Hello,

    You should have all those options unchecked except the index option (since you want Google to index your page). To uncheck the index option, you need to check the noindex option (since it is the opposite, it is used when you don’t want Google to index that page).
