    I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent issue regarding my recent purchase of the Rank Math Pro package.

    After applying the discount and reconnecting my account, I still see no change in the status on my webpage. Additionally, when checking my subscription details, it states, “You have no active subscriptions.” However, under the Content AI subscription, it indicates a status for 1 year.

    I would like to clarify that my intention was to purchase the Rank Math Pro package only, not the Content AI subscription. Unfortunately, it seems there might be an error in the subscription details.

    Could you please urgently investigate and rectify this matter? I do not wish to have the Content AI subscription and would appreciate your assistance in ensuring that my purchase reflects the Rank Math Pro status accurately.

    Please note that Content AI plans differ from our Rank Math PRO subscription. If you intend to use the PRO plugin, please purchase it here: https://rankmath.com/pricing/

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
