Hello,
I hope you are doing well. I am currently facing an issue where my website seems to be predominantly appearing in video searches rather than general searches. Upon investigation, it appears that this is happening because Google is incorrectly indexing the main pages of my website as video content, rather than as text-based content as it should be.
I am using Rankmath to manage the SEO of my website. Could you please guide me on the necessary steps to configure Rankmath in such a way that Google accurately recognizes the primary text content of my pages, while treating any embedded videos as supplementary content? Despite reviewing the Rankmath settings, I haven’t been able to resolve this issue.
Your assistance in providing detailed instructions for configuring Rankmath to rectify this misindexing of the main pages as video content would be highly appreciated. Furthermore, if there are any additional recommendations or best practices specific to optimizing the visibility of text-based content within search results, I would be grateful to receive them.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Best regards,
