Issue with default settings

    I am having issues with default settings metas, titles etc. being stored and being entered on brand up content. So unless you go through everything and edit them they are all wrong. Like even blogs end up as products as that is what the system is seems to be saving this one product.

    You can see here in this quick video that i have not entered anything but rankmath already filled out all the wrong things. It enters everything as that 8×8 product when this is a page and not that item. I checked settings and everything is set correctly as far as schema type. Even when i check there it seems to use that product as example.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I have just installed the Healthcheck and Troubleshooting plugin and this issue does not happen when all other plugins are disabled.

    Unfortunately this plugin stops working when bulk activating and deactivating plugins and thus I was unable to isolate the culprit.

    I can suggest that you manually disable plugins to be able to identify the culprit.

    Another unrelated issue which happens on all my sites. I am not sure if it is when updates happen but it seems the plugin gets disconnected: See screenshot https://nimb.ws/W2nyUo

    I only notice when i happen to need to edit or add a new item and realize i cant find rankmath. Then realize it is deactivated again and again! Starting to now think i need to stop praising this plugin. Lots of people have been talking negative but i never seen anything but now multiple errors or according to you “conflicts”.

    We added a new smoother way to connect to your Rank Math account in version v1.0.36 which is likely causing the second issue on your other sites if they were running earlier versions than this.
    The process of reconnecting your account should only be a one time process and it should not happen after each update.

    We would be however be happy to investigate further both of these issues if you can share some access to a development copy of your site where we can run tests freely.
