Issue when publishing products from Vend

    Hi there,

    We have a site that uses Rank Math – https://www.weebeershop.co.uk/. When the client publishes products from his EPOS system Vend (https://www.vendhq.com/) they publish fine in WooCommerce individually and can be viewed on the site but if he tries to publish them in bulk they all publish bar the past product which if he tries to view it just goes to a 404 page. If he edits & saves the product and then views it it works fine.

    We disabled Rank Math and the problem goes away. Just to mention we also had the same issue with Yoast. It seems like when bulk publishing the last product doesn’t get a URL, only getting one when the product is edited in WooCommerce.

    Any thoughts on why this might be?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Since you mentioned that this issue also happens with Yoast, then https://www.vendhq.com/ needs to add the compatibility for SEO plugins.

    However, we haven’t tested this platform, but we will check this soon. If this is something we can fix, we will do it and notify you as well. In the meantime, please contact VendHQ support, and see if they have a workaround for this issue.
