Issue for downloading PRO

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We checked and the PRO subscription is already active on the email ID vo*****@dronde.es.

    Please login with the above email ID and go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Please download the Rank Math PRO plugin files from your registered account here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    Also, you have a free Rank Math account with the email ID dr******@gmail.com. If you want to get the accounts merged, then please let us know your preferred email ID.

    One more question: I start with 5 content AI credits, but in this link https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-content-ai/ I’m reading that credits for PRO users is 15

    Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/.

    Check if you are able to your remaining credits as shown in my screenshot:

    If you still have credits remaining, please head over to your website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
