    Hi Rankmath team,

    I have an issue between Rankmath & LearnDash,
    as I’m using it on my website for selling online
    courses, plus I’m using LearnDash as a learning
    Management system.

    When the user login to his courses, he can’t
    access the course, and it asks him to re-purchase
    the course, although he purchased it already.
    But when I deactivated rankmath, the problem
    disappeard. And the strange thing, this problem
    occurs only in one course, the others are OK.

    Moreover, many users complained that they can’t
    acees their profiles on my website, so I need to regenerate a password and send back to them to them access the courses.

    Note: I deactivated Rankmath until I find a solution to this problem.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please confirm if this is replicated even when only Rank math and learndash are active with a default theme.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
