Issue after latest Update

  • Hi, after the latest update I am not able to save any changes in focus key words, snipped or Meta discription. In addition all formatting has disappeared after the update for example all Titles (h1,h2,h3,h4,h5 ) bulletpoints and so on…Could you please fix the issue or do you know whats the reason for that. I am using PHP 7.3 an WP 5.3.2

    after the latest Update the issue was not given any more. But one day later the issue is back again now. I am not able to change and save the focus keywords, snippet and meta data in categories. Could you please check this again?

    This problem is present in v1.0.39, we are yet to release an update to address this.

    I can suggest that you rollback to v1.0.38 if this is affecting your workflow. You can do this via Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control.

    Same issue for me. I tried versions to 1.0.38.
    Wordpress version : 5.3.2

    I cannot replicate this problem on the latest version.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes, it seems like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    It seems it was an issue with themes.
    I switched to another theme, then selected again my initial theme, and now it works.
