If you are still unsure about the FTP details, You can check your email for the information regarding your hosting. Companies tend to send the details in the email. If you are still not able to find it. You can simply ask the company from where you have bought the domain name or hosting.

Any File Manager plugin doesn’t work on your current WordPress installation.
