The result of the ip site is blocked in the Russian Federation and I want to use the plugin throughout the functionality.
I found a solution that activates the plugin, but this is not a complete solution.

I am glad that you managed to workaround this issue, I can however suggest that you get in touch with your host and have them white list our IP to prevent the issue from happening again in future.

Why don’t you change your ip to white? This would save everyone from finding a solution to the problem. Or transfer api authorization to another site.

The problem is not in the domain, but in the IP on which this resource is located.
From our network to connect there is no possibility.
The restriction is imposed by the channel provider of communication, there is no way to remove the restriction, as long as the resource is on an IP that is blocked.
