Invoice needed for previous purchase

    Hi,

    I made a purchase for Rank Math that was refunded due to lack of GA4 integration at the time, however we need the invoice for the original payment made from us to Rank Math and it does not appear in the account.

    The date of the payment was 15th April 2022.

    Can you provide me an invoice for this payment.

    No thats fine thank you – I dont know whether the email address you put in this support ticket in the non sensitive data is hidden, it appears to be if not logged in, but appears when logged in, if this is publicly visible can you remove it.

    It would have been more suitable if we could have emailed Rank Math directly for an accounts issue rather than having to request it via a public forum.
