Invalid URLs in my sitemap - Support

There is something wrong with URLs of some of the images on my posts in the sitemap that RankMath provides. Google Search Console has identified six issues with my post-sitemap because of invalid URLs. Here is my full sitemap: https://fontanacopy.com/sitemap_index.xml

And here is the one I have issues with: https://fontanacopy.com/post-sitemap.xml

I have used the XML Validator Tool, which says there are no issues. Google Search Console says that the issue is on RankMath’s end. Can you please help me sort these issues out?

To address this problem, please follow these steps:
1. Check if Your Sitemap is Accessible: Verify if your sitemap is accessible using the HTTP Status tool. Enter your sitemap URL (https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/) and check the status to identify any issues preventing Googlebot from accessing it.
2. Exclude Sitemaps from Caching: If the sitemap is being cached, exclude it from caching. You can refer to our tutorial on how to exclude Sitemaps from caching.
3. Ensure Correct Sitemap Submission: If you haven’t submitted the correct sitemap, make sure to submit sitemap_index.xml and ensure that all inner sitemaps (like post-sitemap.xml) are visible in Google Search Console when clicking on sitemap_index.xml.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

We have seen this type of issue before with Divi. It happens when you are using the Blurb feature in Divi and using a background image in the Blurb.

Users have already reported this to Divi but we suggest you notify them as well to move the issue to priority. You can ask them if they have a solution where these background images of blurbs are not included in the sitemaps.

The functionality of Rank Math being able to see Divi images and adding them to the sitemap was added by the Divi team and that is why it is recommended that you contact them directly.

However, to fix the issue temporarily, you can disable the “Images in Sitemap” option in Rank Math sitemap settings. See screenshot for your reference:
