Please try the following:
1. Remove your sitemap from GSC
2. On your site, navigate to Rank math > General Settings > Search Console and delete console cache then click to update manually.
3. Resave your site permalinks and clear your site cache (make sure the Shortpixel plugin is deactivated).
4. Now head over to GSC and submit only your /sitemap_index.xml and let us know how this goes.

No sir i clicked on update manually and resubmitted sitemap and facing the same error, should i wait for a week to google recrawl my sitepmap? Even i shared wp logins with you you can check the problem

hello I am getting an error on all my sitemap to check the screen recording click on the link, should I reinstall rank maths after deleting all it’s settings because the problem does not get solved of my site maps

I have checked your robots.txt and you have one in your root folder with which Rank math can’t generate it’s virtual file. The robots.txt you have in your root folder is missing a sitemap reference: Sitemap: https://www.yoursite.com/sitemap_index.xml, please add this.
You should also exclude your sitemap URLs from caching by your caching plugin.
After you have done the above, please remove all your submitted sitemaps in GSC(You seem to have submitted all your sitemap URLs from the screencast you shared) and submit only the main sitemap(sitemap_index.xml). Allow Google to crawl and read the other sitemaps. Let us know how it goes.
P.S I am getting an error 522 connection time out while trying to access your site,please check the screenshot in the sensitive section.

hello that connection timed out was caused by my hosting provider now it has been fixed,

I just did those connections for you (also, you need to have enabled just one Schema plugin and since you are using the Schema module in Rank Math, you don’t need the other plugin you have enabled, it could cause schema issues).
All what you need to do now is to remove all the sitemaps but the sitemap_index.xml file in the Search Console.
