    Hi,
I am a new user. After installation the RankMath, in the All Posts list (and All Pages as well) I can not see the number of internal links in each post. I’m sure there are many internal links in recent posts and the counter shows zero in most cases.

I’ve already tried Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Delete Internal Links And it doesn’t help.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

For the issues with the SEO Analysis, could you please also check the affected URL in our external analyzer and see if the issue still persists? https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

If the issue is already fixed there, please head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database tools > Flush SEO analysis data and Remove Rank Math Transients, then perform SEO analysis again.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

Please feel free to contact us back if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for the instructions. I checked in external analyzer and can see:
Your page has a correct number of internal and external links.
    internal: 81 external: 7

    Then:
    >> Flush SEO analysis data DONE
    >> Remove Rank Math Transients DONE
    >> perform SEO analysis again – I did RankMath / SEO Analysis / Perform SEO Analysis (not sure if this is what you mean)

And problem still exist. In the list of all posts this checked post has zero internal and external links displayed.

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

I’ve realized in the meantime, that after I open the post, then save it, I can see in the All Posts list SEO rating, and links count properly.

So, opening each post and page is a workaround. It is time consuming (have over 200 posts and pages in total) but works.

Does it clarify the possible reason for you?

PS. I would like to attach a screenshot. How can I do this?
It’s not so simple to give you access to my WordPress. I would have to sign a GDPR agreement first.

    Hello,

Usually, the SEO analysis gets updated once you hit on the update button of the posts. This is because it depends on some specific JS script in order to run the score automatically.

Similarly, since you installed Rank Math while your posts had already been created, it means that this JS script that does content analysis had not run on your posts yet.

Therefore it would not show the internal links count properly until you make changes to your posts individually. This would have to be done manually.

We suggest you edit your posts and ensure that you change some data within the posts so so as to let Google know that there are some modifications made to the content and not just hitting the update button. While doing so you can as well insert the focus keyword for your SEO analysis to run.

Our dev team is working on a way the bulk update will be done, but at the moment, you will have to go through the individual posts to update this. Since your posts are too many, we recommend that you start with the important posts first.

Once done access your database tools and click on the rebuild index.

Hope this helps. If you have any other questions don’t hesitate to get in touch.
