there is no firewall. Its a shared hosting.
and this plugin getting conflict with core wordpress too
example:
if i enable this plugin, then many wordpress features are getting stopped. i mean the “update” buttons never update the page
when we publish, it returns there is a critical error in the website
when i deactivated this plugin, all features run normally.
i removed and installed again. same issue.

It sounds like your website doesn’t have enough resources to run the plugin.
Please talk to your website hosting provider and ask them to increase the resources for your website or remove the timeout, memory limits.
