I tried in different ways to set the plugin, but it always gives me the same message.

I don’t know if it can depend on the fact that in the Search Console, there is no possibility to give the authorization as the account owner, but only as a “Complete” authorization.
I followed all the instructions on the settings of the plugin that you published and read the various open tickets on the subject, but I just can’t solve them. I also tried to modify the link path with the addition of the www, of the various https prefixes, but there is nothing to do? What other solutions do you suggest?
    Thanks

  • Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the follow up.

Please create a new email address and set this user as a property owner and then perform the steps again.
If the issue persists, please add my email address as a property owner on your GSC so that I can investigate this issue further.

I am looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

create a new email address and set this user as a property owner and then perform the steps again.

What do you mean by new email address? Do you mean a gmail address to access the GSC? Or do you mean an empty Google Cloud Platform user?

    Hello,

Thank you for the follow-up. I meant you set up a new Gmail Account and try to set up the account as the site’s owner and re-authorise the account to access GSC to see if the account still exhibits the same error.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Nothing to do, it doesn’t even work that way.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

This problem revolves around account permissions. Can you confirm that you account has been properly verified on the search console and the service account that you are using is verified as a site owner?
The service account created on step 2.2 of the tutorial should be listed as an owner and this is likely what is missing on your account.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
