Instant Indexing Plugin Issue

    Hi,

    You guys created an amazing plugin called Instant Indexing. I had been using only the Instant Indexing plugin for a few months. However today I got some serious issues with the plugin.

    1. When I updated or published a post I got an “Update Failed” error on wordpress. Please see the erro here https://ibb.co/kM8c3yW. When I debugged the issue I found that when I deactivated the plugin issue was resolved. I also got an e-mail from wordpress, which I added under “Sensitive data”.

    2. Next, after activating the plugin when I add URL for indexing it shows error saying:

    Error undefined

    Can you please try setting up the Indexing API again. This is a tried and tested method and we are certain these instructions work. It is possible that you missed a step or incorrectly chose some option.:

    If the issue persists, it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply. So based the the troubleshooter info, I have issue with
    (a) If you still have the issue, your WordPress setup is the root of the problem.

    I actually migrated my website to a VPS server and since that time I am getting this issue. I also spoke with hosting provider, they did not able to verify the issue.

    Please advise.

    Thank you for your reply.

    This is related to your server clocking. Please get in touch with your hosting servers to check that their time is in sync with NTP servers.

    If the server is in sync with NTP servers, then the refresh token limit has been exceeded.
