We have encountered this type of issue before with this theme “Dooplay”. The theme usually generates its own schema which causing some issues. Please get in touch with Dooplay team to help you resolve this. They might have seen this issue in the past as well.
If the issue is still there after switching to another theme temporarily – please let us know and we will share further steps for troubleshooting.
