    Here are the differences for those actions in the post list view:

    Google Update – update your posts/pages that were already submitted to the API.

    Submit Page – used to submit your post/page to Instant Indexing API.

    Those two above are the options for Google’s Instant Indexing API.

    Submit to Index Now – This option is used to submit your pages to Bing and Yandex search engines:
