The purpose of using Instant Indexing plugin is to tell Google to response to the indexing request that has been sent. However, It’s up to Google how long they want to take to index those URLs. Most often, it’s real quick.
The screenshot you’ve shared, seems to be the main reason behind why your URLs are not being indexed even after you’re using Instant Index plugin to index those URLs.

I was testing the plugin again. Unfortunately, this time, seems the plugin is not working at all.

Few days ago I got success, but now always error undefined. Seems google can’t connect to the site, ajax returns http 500:

But this error is not related to my site, it’s related to the plugin or google connection.
I even, create fresh google api, added again to search console, ….. but didn’t work.

For the other issue, 5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues.
Can you please share the website error log with us?
Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening. Please enable debugging on your site, replicate the issue once again and share the error log with us here.

Regarding those 2 tabs: I installed your plugin on a wp sandbox and those didn’t appear there either. No plugins and default wp theme. [indexnow settings and history]
So, the plugin worked on my other site, also on coinwatcher site it also worked for several days, but not later. It has 2 issues now:
1- It has a conflict with one of my cron jobs.
2- It returns error 500 on the settings page, so plugin returns undefined.

However, that points to the configuration of the Instant Indexing being done wrongly as the token is invalid and doesn’t seem to have the necessary permissions.
We would recommend following the steps again to generate a new key and configure the feature by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

A) You didn’t address those 2 tabs issues. Those 2 tabs still exist on your plugin? I installed it on a new wp sandbox, didn’t appear there either.
B) The configuration has been done according to the tutorial, even for few days worked. Also, I configured the same on my another site, which is working there too.

So, there are 2 issues:
1- The plugin is not working anymore on my site. Always get error undefined. Worked for few days though.
2- It has conflict with my cronjob which causes my cron does not work correctly.

#1 ~ Both tabs exists in our plugin. Can you please try updating all of your plugins/theme to the latest version to see if that works for you? Also, make sure you’re in Advanced Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/switch-from-easy-to-advanced-mode/
#2 ~ The error log you’ve shared is mostly related to WooCommerce plugin on your site, please get in touch with their support in order to fix this one.
#3 ~ Please turn on WP debugging, try submitting URL in the Instant Indexing plugin and share the debug log with us again.

1- As I already mentioned, I tried your plugin on 3 different sites and hosting. Those 2 tabs not exist. I tried it on my current site which there are other problems. I tried it on my another site, which no other issues exist. And finally I tried it on a wp sandbox which means it’s a fresh testing wp site with no theme and plugin.
I share with you the wp sandbox credentials, so you can test too, notice, this site will be removed in 2 days.

There was an issue with the installation of our plugin on your site. I’ve re-installed the plugin and now you can access all the modules, features and all four tabs in Instant Indexing as well. 😉
