Whenever the post gets updated, if the post type is selected for Instant Indexing, Google is notified about it.
This would not negatively affect the rankings of the website.

The Instant Indexing that comes with the Rank Math plugin doesn’t have Google instant indexing. We have a separate plugin for it.
Please install this plugin to make use of our Google Instant Indexing API: https://wordpress.org/plugins/fast-indexing-api/
