instant index plugin errors - Support

When trying to connect to the Api I receive a message saying there has been a critical error on your website and when I look at the logs I get:

I tried reverting the plugin form 1.1.2 to 1.1.1 but still get the error can you advise please.

Please try setting up the Indexing API again. This is a tried and tested method and we are certain these instructions work. It is possible that you missed a step or incorrectly chose some option.:

I setted it up again following the instructions but I am still getting the same php error ‘Google_Service’ not found please can you advise next steps

Hello,

It seems that you are using a customized installation of WordPress where the folder names and places are not the default ones.

In such cases, these errors might happen because the classes can’t be found in the places the plugin expects them to be.
