    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It is complicated to determine the cause of that issue without checking the site so in this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

After a lot of debugging it is being caused by the Cloudflare cache. Could you please empty it and try again? Also, try disabling temporarily the Rocket Loader setting there.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello
Thanks for the reply, I tried to do as your advice, but, it doesn’t work, now in 404 this also appears to me, see screenshot, but the page works correctly, and from https://error404.atomseo.com/ not no 404 error results, why does this happen?

    Thanks,Luigi

    Hello,

A 404 on your main domain name simply means someone or a bot is also trying to access your website at https://example.com/https://example.com

You can simply ignore this 404 and go about your day 🙂

There is nothing to be worried about.

Please note we can only tell you about the 404s. We don’t know where they are coming from. You have to check that yourself.

Here’s how to fix the 404s with Rank Math.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Ok I understand and thank you, but I need to delete the pages not only redirect them, because some pages no longer exist, can I use 410 to delete them? do you have a tutorial about it? the link you provided me does not say anything about 410, if the link of the page or the image no longer exists it is better to delete them completely.

    Thanks,luigi

    Hello,

You can redirect them from the 404 monitor and instead of 301, use a 410 redirection type. You can choose redirection types while creating the redirection in Rank math.

Here is a screencast for your reference: https://i.rankmath.com/BEZU7T

Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.

    Ok, thanks for the support
Once I redirected to 410 to delete the links, after a few days can I completely delete them from the rank math redirection page? because I think that when google sees that that page no longer exists it deletes it in turn, correct?

    Thanks,Luigi

    Hi,

You have to give it sometime for Google to update. You can check if the URL still seem to appear on indexing by searching site:https://theURL.com. If they no longer seem to be indexed, then you can safely remove the redirections.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello,
