infinite redirect loop

    Hi!
    I’m trying to use the Redirect Plugin with “contains” Redirect Settings.
    Unfortunately, it sends me to an infinite Redirect Loop:

    Setting is the following:

    URL contains XY
    ignore case: URL quals XY/
    Redirect 301 to yz.de/xy/

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Yes, you are doing it incorrectly.

    You must disable the ignore case option as currently you are making the source redirect to the target and then the target is becoming the source. That’s how the loop is created.
