To index your images and show them on the search results page, head over to Rank Math > Sitemap settings > General and then enable the Images in Sitemaps option.

I was unable to replicate the issue, I was able to set the image to index from the Advanced Tab in Rank Math.
Check the screenshot in the sensitive data section.
Please clear the website and browser cache and check again on your end.

Ok,thank you. I deactivated a plugin called Meta tag Manager just before sending you login in details, perhaps there was some conflict? Is it bad practice to use these together? The reason I installed this plugin is because I have ran my website through google keyword planner and my focus keywords that I have entered in rank math ‘focus keyword section’ do not show?

If the plugin is conflicting with Rank Math, you can get in touch with the plugin provider and inform them about the issue. They should be able to fix it.
However, you can use the focus keyword set within Rank Math as meta keyword for your posts/pages/products using this filter in your theme’s functions.php file:

* Add <meta name="keywords" content="focus keywords">.
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/frontend/show_keywords', '__return_true');

That filter/function allows Rank Math to display the keywords meta tag on your website since, by default, Rank Math does not include the keywords meta tag on your pages’ source code.

The Google Keyword Planner does not check the Keywords you have set using Rank Math. Hence, it researches your site and suggests keywords you can use.
