The Product categories are labeled with the tag noindex, to our understanding we have set all boxes for indexing in RM.And we really wish an index for all the product categories
Furthermore we cant edit our homepage anymore, when we switch off your RM plugin, we are able to edit the homepageexample of a product category

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We checked the product category you mentioned but as you can see it doesn’t have a
noindextag on the page and as such it’s ready to be indexed if Google deems the content good enough to appear on SERPs.
As for the homepage, please follow this guide to perform a plugin/theme conflict check to see if there’s any plugin causing this incompatibility.

If you are referring to the Google Search Console indexing report, Google may not have updated the report. You may need to wait a few days to a few weeks for Google to update the report.

Thank you for sharing the error logs. The errors are caused by the schema markup rich snippets plugin. The plugin should not be installed on a website that also has Rank Math as they use similar functions. However, I have asked a developer to look into whether the error can be fixed.

We see this message in using google webstats. Webstats offers the option to test directly with the qctual live URL, so there is no delay at all.
We terminated the snippets plugin.
Sorry for keeping back to you with the indexing problem, but the website is at the core of our business and we are really depended of the income, Not easy att the moment

The last crawled date of the URL in the screenshot is the 27th of September. So Google hasn’t yet crawled the current version of the page and that’s why they are still showing the Noindex tag. Please request indexing again and wait for Google to crawl the URLs again. The issue will be resolved once they crawl the current version of the pages.

We can confirm from our end that your website isn’t marked as
noindexin the meta tag as you can see from this screenshot:Please clear your website cache including any server-level caching services as Google may still be seeing an old version of the page.
Then, click on the “Request for Indexing” after you submitted the URL in the URL inspection tool.

Your site seems to be heavily cached. When checking the page as a logged-in user, the category is set as Index but when checking it as a logged-out user, it is set as Noindex. Please clear the cache of your site & server and check again.
