I do not have any country-specific restrictions that I place for my domain. So I am not quite sure what’s causing it.

Can you please disable the Redirections module in the Rank Math plugin, if enabled and see if that helps?

I have now been able to login to your site.
There is a static robots.txt file on the root of your site that could be causing this issue.
Please login to your site via FTP and delete the static file since Rank Math creates a dynamic robots.txt file to manage your robots meta data.
This should then fix this issue. Thank you.
