We have taken a look at your website and we can see that the robots tags are set to index correctly. We also checked your search result page, it is also set to index.

So we are not sure what URL/page is being detected to have the noindex tag. Can you please share the URL showing as noindex with us? We’d also like to see a screenshot of the page where getting this error from. You can share images with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.
