You don’t want your wp-admin being indexed nor accessed by robots, only the admin-ajax.php file. That is why you see those rules in your robots.txt.
So you should make sure to deindex in your Search Console every URL in wp-admin except admin-ajax.php (or even that URL, since you don’t want it indexed, only accessible to robots).
