It sounds like you are serving a cached version of your sitemap to Google and your visitors.
You must add all the sitemap file locations to the exclusion list in your Cache plugin so that the sitemaps are never cached. These are the files you must add to the exclusion list:
sitemap_index.xml
post-sitemap.xml
page-sitemap.xml
category-sitemap.xml
product-sitemap.xml
This is required since Sitemaps are already cached internally by Rank Math and we flush them everytime you post something new and with our cache – you won’t see the issue you are seeing in Google.

It means that the URL cannot be seen in the URL. But, you must check the last crawl date. It is 2 months old. So, you must allow Google some time to re-crawl everything and resubmit the sitemap if needed.

yes it’s 2 months because it’s an example. Actually on 20th April when rank math updates his plugin, then my website traffic down. in fact google deindexed all articles. What happen to my site.

We want to know what you want the username to be changed to. If you don’t tell us, we can’t randomly choose one for you as then you will get locked out and can’t ask for help.
About the traffic dropping, there was nothing in the update to cause that. Merely a co-incidence I am sure.
