It is possible that Google has not crawled your sitemap recently and that is why they are not seeing that the homepage URL is correctly placed in the page-sitemap.xml file.
If you open that file in your browser, you will notice that the URL is there.
You can try and remove the sitemap, wait a couple of hours and resubmit it on Google Search Console.
