  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Upon checking your sitemap, the affected link is indeed not present in your sitemap. Can you please make sure that your sitemap is not heavily cached?

Next, could you please do the following:
    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
    Hit the save button once.

    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
    Hit the save button once.

After doing so, please remove your sitemap from your Google Search Console and re-submit your sitemap index (https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml).

That should fix the issue. If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I’ve checked your screenshot and upon inspecting that post URL, I can see that the post has been set to index.

You may need to check your robots.txt and see if there’s any disallow tag present in that file.

Please refer to this article for more information:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/google-index/#4-ensure-your-robots-txt-rules-allow-your-website-to-be-indexed

After you’ve made the necessary changes, you might need to wait until google notices the recent changes of your post.

I hope that helps, let us know if you need further help with anything else.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    any update regarding this issue

    Hello,

Upon inspection, I can see that all posts and pages are the part of sitemap_index.xml

Please make sure you have submitted the main sitemap_index.xml or if you have verified the www (or non-www) and HTTPS (or HTTP) versions of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that. While this isn’t a big issue. it is just a matter of time before Google sees the updated sitemap and sees the URL present there as well. There is nothing you need to do for now then just wait.

This does not affect your SEO or rankings in any way.

With that said, please share the 2 URLs that are not in the sitemap so we can check.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
