Could you please remove your sitemaps on GSC and resubmit only the main sitemap sitemap_index.xml then allow some time for it to be crawled, this has been known to resolve the issue.

Upon checking your link, it seems that it was indexed but not visible to the sitemap.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After doing so, submit your sitemap once again, give it time for Google to recrawl and see if the error goes away.
