Index Now show Error 403

There are a few possible reasons why you might be seeing the 403 Forbidden error when trying to access the IndexNow. The most likely explanation is that the text file containing the API key has not been created automatically. This can be due to a plugin conflict.

If the API key fails after changing it, please create the API txt key file manually on your website directory. Ensure that the file name is your API key and inside that file is also the key.

If the issue still persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
