    1) BEFORE THIS we saw so many image attachment index at google
    so we no index image attachment

    today we saw still many image attachment indexes at google

    so what we need to do to solve this issue?

    2) why this url for example index but not submitted to your sitemap?

    The screenshots you shared no longer seem to exist. Please check and update them[ensure to check your hotlinking settings]

    I checked the URLs you have shared in the sensitive section and they are included in the post sitemap. Could you please validate them in your GSC and let us know.

I checked your URL in SERP and the image is shown just fine, you can check the screenshot I have added in the sensitive section. Do you want the images to be indexed or noindexed ?     We want a our image attachment set no index to prevent index at search engine

    We already set no index at image attachment at your global setting
    But why still had most of our image attachment still set index when we check each image attachment

    You can easily keep bots from crawling your images by adding a disallow to your robtos.txt file.

    It might take sometime but they should eventually be removed from SERPs
