The Keyword presence on Alt tag test only runs on images that have been added via the post editor. We do not yet have full compatibility with third party page builders and thus images added through some module won’t be detected.
This is a false positive and it should not cause any worry since the tests only run on the backend when editing your post and this will not affect your SEO when Google is crawling your site.

Are you using the reusable image module to add the images?
Also, are the internal links added via Divi as well? If so, that might explain whey Rank Math doesn’t read them.
We have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.
You would need to contact the developer of the plugin you mentioned by showing the following link:
