    Hello,

    I just installed Rank Math and wanted to test it before buying Rank Math Pro.

    I just noticed some problems.
    First of all I get this message: https://ibb.co/g4y8c9V

    At the beginning next to remaining it gave me “46 min”. Now the minutes have passed for a few hours and he gives me this message.

    Also once in the elementor editor it does not let me access the site settings (by clicking on the button at the top left)

    When I click on it, the screen on the left becomes blank.
    I will insert screenshots in the fields with sensitive data …

    Could it be because I installed the plugin on a staging copy?
    I wanted to try it before deciding whether to use it or not …

    It seems to be working fine on our end:

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section for us to further investigate.
